About Us

miguelMiguel Ricciolini

Miguel is a third-year Bsc (Hons) Engineering Product Design student at London South Bank University, with background in Electronics and IT, he became involved with developing the Ceiling Rose Motion Sensor in the summer of 2012.

Having previously worked for the university on a research project aimed to reduce the carbon footprint of commercial refrigerators and in line with his interest in design and the environment, he jumped at the opportunity to work on the Ceiling Rose Motion Sensor.

A Student member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and also the Institution of Engineering Designers, Miguel has brought his creativity and problem solving to the development to the Ceiling Rose Motion Sensor and created the first prototypes and pre production models.

Moni RazzaqueCEO Moni Razzaque

Moni is a Chartered Building Services Engineer, Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from London South Bank University and Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.

He has been working in the construction industry for 26 years, with experience spanning design, project management and leading multi-disciplinary teams. His project experience includes data centres, laboratories, offices and residential developments in the UK and around the world. He is an accredited UTI designer.

Moni is the inventor of the Ceiling Rose Motion Sensor and founder of the company.
