The Ceiling Rose Motion Sensor is the brainchild of chartered engineer Moni Razzaque who, when he noticed how often his two teenage children left the lights on at home (and reflected on how much it was costing him) thought, ‘there has to be a better way.’
The better way was the Ceiling Rose Motion Sensor Device, which automatically and accurately detects when rooms are in use, and flips the light switch accordingly. SEE HERE FOR A DEMO. In trials, it saves an average 4.3% on energy bills.
Over the past three years, Moni has taken the device from concept to field trials with Lewisham council and is now looking for investors to bring this must-talked-about device to market. The patents are in, we know it works, we know it can be easily mass produced at low cost and that there’s a market out there for it, we just need a little help to get it out there.
If you’d like to hear more about this exciting opportunity and be part of the green revolution with a product that has the backing of The Mayor of London, the government and local MPs, then please GET IN TOUCH.
And you don’t have to take our word for it, the device has been recognised by CIBSE, London Sustainable Development Commission, The Mayor of London, Cleantech, The Carbon Trust, Lewisham Council, London South Bank University, LuxLive and these fine people who’ve tried it. And there’s more to come!
